You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and linked to an order number. Contact us before returning an item; approved returns receive the correct return instructions and address. Read the full Return and Refund Policy.

We're an online-only store, which lets us keep prices low and ship directly to your door.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard delivery is estimated at 6–12 business days after dispatch, or 7–15 business days from the day you order.
Standard shipping is A$11.00 per order. Orders of A$100.00 or more receive free standard shipping. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking is provided for every order. Your tracking details are sent after dispatch; please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear.
